Come to this monthly group to learn helpful tips about how to manage your diabetes better and get support from others with diabetes. November and December typically mark the beginning of the holiday season. This means that many people travel, spend time with family and friends, and have a good time. Some people may feel that diabetes gets in the way during the holiday season. They feel like they have to choose between enjoying themselves or taking care of their diabetes. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. Join this presentation for strategies for healthy holidays with diabetes. A light lunch will be provided.
