Durham County Public Health to close on Independence Day 2019
Durham, N.C. – Durham County Government will observe the Independence Day holiday on Thursday, July 4, 2019. On this day, non-essential offices for the County will be closed. All County offices will reopen and resume normal hours of operation on Friday, July 5th.
The Durham County Department of Public Health will follow the Durham County Government Independence Day holiday schedule.
For Public Health emergencies during the holiday closure, including communicable disease reporting, environmental health and suspected foodborne illnesses, please call 911 and ask for the Durham County Department of Public Health’s response team member on-call.
