Durham County Board of Elections to Conduct Third Voter Identification Seminar
Durham, N.C. - The Durham County Board of Elections will host its third photo identification seminar at East Regional Library, located at 211 Lick Creek Lane, Durham, NC 27703, on Thursday July 18, 2019. This event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will end no later than 8:00 p.m.
All members of the community are welcome to attend this event. Light refreshments will be served and Board of Elections staff will be accepting applications/requests for voter registration, voter photo identification and absentee ballots. Photo identification cards may be issued onsite to requesting eligible voters. Board of Elections Chairman Philip Lehman states that "All individuals interested in learning about the photo identification requirements beginning in 2020 are strongly encouraged to attend one of these seminars."
