What We Do

The Project Management Division manages the planning, design, and construction of capital improvement projects for County-owned facilities. This encompasses significant renovations as well as new construction initiatives. The Capital Improvement Plan, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners in 2020, includes projects recommended in the 2016 Space Needs Analysis and Facility Master Plan, along with additional projects identified by community input, County staff, and State mandates.
