Attention: We currently have 2 separate badge systems.


Type 1: For Buildings other than Admin II:

Step 1:

Download & complete the Badge Request Form.  (Bring this completed form with you during your appointment)

Step 2:

Schedule an appointment to get your new or replacement badge. Badges are currently made on 4M floor of the Admin I Building (200 E. Main Street).


Type 2: For Admin II Building:

Step 1:

Complete this form and press submit.

Step 2:

Schedule an appointment to get your badge.


The Security Badging office is located in the lower level (LL) floor of Admin II.
