1/29/26 Winter Storm Update
- Parkwood and Northern Convenience Sites are open from 7am-6pm.
- Redwood remains closed due to hazarous conditions. We understand that Redwood Road may safe to travel. HOWEVER, the site is not paved and plowing is not a good option. Despite our best efforts to distribute salt and ice melt before and after the event, the site is still heavily covered in snow and ice and the heavy tree cover is preventing the sun from helping. Vehicles cannot travel safely through the site at this time. Safety is our top priority and we appreciate your patience.
- Monday's recycling was rescheduled to Wednesday 1/28/26. GFL was unable to complete the route due to road conditions. They will make a 2nd attempt on 1/29, however please understand that safety is the top priority and if it's not safe for the recycling truck, your recycling may not be collected this week.
- Thursday's recycling will run as scheduled, road conditions permitting.
- The E-Waste Collection event that was scheduled for this Saturday 1/31 at the Northern Convenience Site has been rescheduled to Saturday 2/21.
